The Albanian Developer Community Foundation has a simple organizational structure, consisting of the board of directors and several volunteers who contribute to the organization's activities and initiatives. The organization's activities are focused on five main areas, as outlined on its website: Communication, Education/Training, Advocacy and Lobbying, Business Support, and Information Technology (IT). Each of these areas is led by a volunteer coordinator who oversees the organization of events and activities related to their respective areas.

In addition to the coordinators, the organization also has several volunteers who help with event planning, social media management, and other administrative tasks. The organization is funded through donations, sponsorships, and grants, and all funds are managed by the board of directors in accordance with the organization's bylaws and policies.
